Amazon Xtreme Fishing provides tackle packages at no additional cost, so you can save space and focus on enjoying your experience. Let us guide you through packing smart for the fishing trip of a lifetime!
All-Inclusive Packages
We provide all conventional fishing tackle, so it is not necessary to bring your own.
We do not provide fly-fishing gear. You must bring your own.
We do laundry daily, so don't overpack.
Be sure to bring your medications and personal requirements.
MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR TRAVEL BAGS FOR ANY SHARP OBJECTS, AMMO SHELLS, OR OTHER RESTRICTED ITEMS.
For your safety, the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) enforces strict baggage size and weight regulations. These are mandated by Brazilian law and cannot be adjusted, even by the charter airline. It's essential to adhere to these rules:
Duffel bags (with or without rollers) are strongly recommended.
You may carry a small, lightweight handbag, fanny pack, or purse containing personal items like:
These must fit on your lap during the flight. If your carry-on appears too heavy, airline staff may require it to be checked, counting toward your 33-pound limit.
Please comply with these restrictions, as they are in place to ensure your safety.
Dinner attire is casual at your destination, and daily laundry and room services are available.

Mosquitos are rare along the Rio Negro, but wasps, bees, salt flies, and other small insects can occasionally be a nuisance.
Portuguese is Brazil's national language. Consider purchasing a travel guide or language resources to enhance your experience, such as Google Translate or other translation apps.
While our fishing guides are highly experienced and knowledgeable, they understand only very basic English, so having a translation tool can help improve communication and make your trip even more enjoyable.
